The Lesson
Just like that MINI Cooper, a data system can have all the right components and still fail if those components don’t work reliably together.
Users don’t care about your fancy architecture or cutting-edge technology if the system doesn’t consistently deliver accurate results. They care about reliability.
And once you lose their trust? It’s nearly impossible to get it back.
